Education

Providing educational resources is an important component of successful conservation strategies and has been a long-standing cornerstone of the Center's mission. By discussing conservation issues in the context of ongoing field research, students have the opportunity to learn about the process of scientific inquiry and data collection.

Volunteers

Using video recorders to monitor eagle nests provides us with a fantastic opportunity to view an aspect of eagle ecology that has been relatively inaccessible in the past. However, the maintenance of these systems would not be possible without the help of dedicated citizens. Volunteers play a crucial role in data collection and are an essential part of the project's design and scope.

Volunteer Manual
The Volunteer Manual provides detailed information concerning responsibilities and protocols.

Volunteer Observation Form
Volunteers are asked to keep track of the time and dates of video recording on the Volunteer Observation Form.
